Paciente varon de 47 años de edad, eutrofico ,presenta rectorragia abundante, salida de paquetes hemorroidales, prurito y sensacion de humedad perianal, pujos y tenesmo. Sin antecedentes para hipertension, diabetes, hipercolesterolemia,vdrl negativo. El paciente en mencion se sometio al tratamento durante de 50 dias, luego de lo cual fue dado de alta.
